Charles S. Givens Interests, is an Oklahoma City based

investment company specializing in the design, construction, management and marketing of mixed-use projects of offices, shopping centers and residential condominiums.

Charles (Charlie) S. Givens a native Oklahoman, always knew he wanted to be a real estate developer, builder, designer and investor. After a brief stint at the University of Oklahoma, he began work in the construction business at the age of twenty. He started buying properties and handling the remodeling work himself, completing his first apartment project at twenty-one.
